James Goodall – :
Hi again guys,
I needed to carefully clean my ZWO ADC because of dust motes (even though it was new). I had no problem cleaning and re-assembling but I wonder if I could have installed one or both of the lenses wrong/backwards? Does it matter? Is there a coating on one side The reason I ask is that the adjustment angles with the levers seems a little odd and extreme when reducing the RGB mis-alignment…
All the best

Btw, I’m getting an ASIAIR next week and am VERY excited about the features! I’m especially looking forward to the Polar Alignment routine and the Nikon DSLR connectivity as well as for using my ASI071, etc. Thank you very much for all the hard work in creating such a useful imaging tool and thanks for listening to your customers requests and suggestions.

Is there an adapter to attach my 290mc to the ADC? I would like to remove the eyepiece holder if possible. I need to reduce back focus so I can use an external focuser on my C9.25. Thanks

Sean Wang – :
Hi Tim
Don’t worry about back focus of C9.25, even add a external focuser, it won’t be a problem. I recommend keep eyepiece holder on ADC, if you insist to take it off, you will need a T2-T2 adapter to connect the ADC body with camera body.
