I have this filter drawer for the Nikon version of the Rokinon 135mm. I am using the L-eHance filter with a thickness of 1.85mm and the ASI2600MC. All 4 corners are out of focus. Do I need to add spacers to account for the filter thickness?

Is there a recommendation on mounting this to a go-to mount? I don’t see any mounting brackets or anything.

The FD-Nikon is used for connecting the ASI cameras to Nikon lens, it can not be used with a mount.

Is there a way to force the Nikon lens aperture to open with this adapter? The lenses are stuck at f/22 otherwise.

That’s a problem, I don’t think our current design allow open the apertures,

If I use this filter drawer with ASI6200 and Samyang 135 for Nikon, the back focus distance is 46.5mm. However if I am going to use an Optolong L-Pro filter in the filter drawer which has 1.85mm thickness, shouldn’t I add 0.6mm to the back focus? If that is the case, how can I do that? what is the best way to add the 0.6mm spacer ?

      :

There is no need to add the 0.6mm spacer, please make sure they meet the requirements in Product Description if you are using 2” filters from third party.

I just bought the Nikon Filter Drawer and would like to attach this to my ASI6200MM camera but obviously this is going to vignette with the T2 back and the M54M-M42F threaded adapter. I see that the T2 part on the filter drawer is held in by 4 screws which means that it can be switched out but I haven’t found an M54 part that could be put in place of the T2 adapter. Is an M54 Nikon Filter Drawer part available or will one be made available in the near future?

It is normal that 6200 has vignetting.

In one of your answers you say “You still need to buy the Nikon T-2 II Adapter” but your drawing shows a direct connection of the drawer to the lens.

If I were to purchase the filter drawer for Nikon lens, would that mean that I no longer need to buy the Nikon T-2 II Adapter? It seems that if I had the filter drawer, I would no longer need the adapter. Is that correct? (PS I currently have a Nikon T-ring that is attached to my zenithstar telescope as well, so I could attach to both Nikon lenses and telescope. Is that correct?)

This drawer says it needs a camera with a 17.5mm back focus, and does not list ASI 174 MM as compatible. But the specs on the 174 MM say you can remove an 11mm ring and make the back focus 6.5mm. Therefor simply leaving the ring in place makes it a 17.5mm back focus and it should work with this drawer, correct? Or no?
