We recommend you to upgrade from your local dealers in your country.
No matter how long the camera has been used, the camera can be upgraded if you want. The cost is 299USD.
What is in the box?
ASI71MC Pro upgrade box is only including camera body and soft bag.

- Purchase this service and leave us correct address and email in your order.
- We send a email to tell you how to return your ASI071-cool camera body and softbag(without any accessories).
- Shipping the camera and tell us your tracking number by email.
- When we received your camera, we will send you a brand new ASI071 Pro camera body(include softbag) and update tracking number in your order.
- In about 7-10 days after we send out the package, you will received new ASI071 Pro camera.
- This upgrade service is open to customers who has ASI071-Cool camera.
- Customers need to pay shipping fee of return the camera to us or to our dealers.
- This upgrade service is available until 2017.12.31.

DDR Memory Buffer
ASI071MC Pro camera includes one 256MB DDR3 memory buffer to help data transfer more stable and no amp-glow issue which is caused by the slow speed data transfer during reading out under USB2.0 Port.
DDR memory buffer is the main difference between ASI “Cool” and “Pro” cameras.
The Dark Current of ASI071MC Pro is better controled with the help of DDR buffer and new improvment of hardware design

New mechnical design and Anti-Dew Heater
ASI071MC Pro Camera completely redesigned the mechnical body.
The diameter of the camera body is incresed to 86mm (ASI071MC-Cool is 78mm).
Use 6 screws to seal the CMOS chamber.
No dew or frost happen on sensor anymore.
The anti-dew heater can heat the protect window to avoid dew problem, the heat power is around 6W and can be turn off in software to save power.

Warranty and Return Policy
- We provide 2-year warranty for our products, we will offer the repair service for free or replace for free if the camera doesn’t work within warranty period. After the warranty period, we will continue to provide repair support and service on a charged basis.
- This warranty does not apply to damage that occurred as a result of abuse or misuse, or caused by a fall or any other transportation failures after purchase.
- Customer must pay for shipping when shipping the camera back for repair or replacement
